social media marketing
Definition: Social media marketing is the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites. Social media marketing programs usually center on efforts to create content that attracts attention and encourages readers to share it with their social networks.
Dear Thomas, I have to say I was rather sceptical about the efficiency of LinkedIn marketing. However, I spent just 30 minutes over the weekend employing one of the techniques you suggested - the results were startling. In short, your advice has revolutionised my prospecting and lead acquisition. I have no hesitation in recommending you to other businesses looking to engage an SEO and/or Social Media expert.

When I first started working with bespoke jewellers Hot Pink, their Facebook page had very little structure or any sort of targeted plan.
Content was being added but it was only reaching a limited audience doing nothing to enhance the brand or help generate lead opportunities.
By working out which types of content would perform well and using Facebook advertising to ensure that content was seen by a targeted audience (e.g. recently engaged couples), interaction, followers and visits to the Hot Pink website from Facebook all skyrocketed.
In less than a year page followers went from a shade over 400 to nearly 16,000. And most importantly, they're the right type of followers, genuine people who have a reason to engage with the business.
And because we targeted a specific audience with the right type of content, solid lead opportunities were created.
So as well as the benefits social media brings to branding and SEO, Facebook in itself became a viable sales channel.
“Thomas was great to work with on the project, professional, timely and will no doubt be rehiring!”
